Percussion Regional Announcment

WGI has graciously decided to make Hattiesburg, Mississippi a site for one of its 19 nationwide regionals.

For those of you who have not participated in a WGI Regional event, you will find this experience very rewarding to your students and will provide them the opportunity to see regional talent in a variety of classes. There will be units in each class represented from Mississippi, Alabama, Louisiana, Tennessee and Georgia. Please help keep this regional in our area by supporting it! We need to show overwhelming support from all of our local circuits

The regional will take place on Saturday, March 10th, 2012 at The University of Southern Mississippi at Reed Green Coliseum. It is a beautiful arena that is very close to the environment that is provided at World Championships in Dayton, OH. It has a prelims/finals format and gives your group an opportunity to get feedback from a National WGI judges panel.
